Only All American 1930 Pressure Canners feature an exclusive, precision machined metal-to-metal sealing system with positive action clamping locks which align the cover to the base forming a steam-tight seal. Since the seal does not use a gasket, the cover can be easily opened and closed.
The robust aluminium canner is supplied ready assembled with
- sturdy phenolic top handle
- easy-to-read geared steam gauge
- three stage pressure regulator weight (5, 10, or 15 pound).
- two canning racks
- All American instruction manual
- Double thickness edges for additional protection on points of heaviest wear
- Automatic overpressure release

What hobs can be used?
The No. 921 has a 21 Quart capacity and is suitable for gas, electric, or flat top stoves. It is not suitable for Induction hobs. If you do use it on a flat top stove, use caution not to drop the unit from any distance onto the stove surface. This may cause damage to the stove top for which we will not be liable.
How many jars will it take
It can accommodate the following formats of Le Parfait Screw Top Jars
- 7 x 1000ml, or
- 7 x 750ml, or
- 12 (2 Layers - 5/7) x 500ml
