The Presto 01784 Induction Pressure Canner can be used on induction, gas, electric and smooth top hobs, however it may not work on all portable induction hobs. Do not use on gas burners with a heat output above 12,000 BTUs, or outdoor LP gas burners whatever the rating. Please bear in mind the weight of a full canner and check your hob can accommodate it.
