Delivery charges are based on the volumetric weight of your basket contents and geographical location. When you add items to your shopping basket it will automatically calculate a rate based on you delivery region/post code.

We prefer to be transparent with the cost of delivery rather than offerring free delivery and inflating our prices to hide the shipping charges.

Ireland & Northern Ireland
Due to uncertanties of shippments to NI & Ireland we may not be able to process orders at the quoted delivery rates to these regions. We will contact affected customers if a need arises.

Deliveries to regions outside of the UK are Delivered Duty Unpaid. Customers are liable for any Custom's Duties/Taxes that they may be subject to.

Delivery Times

Express Despatch

Items marked with an Express Delivery Icon are available for prompt despatch.

Order before 2pm Monday-Friday for same day weekday despatch.
Orders are shipped with a next-weekday courier service and whilst the majority of consignments arrive during the next working day this is not a guaranteed service.

Due to the increase of COVID cases and associated isolation requirements, service delays are being experienced in some areas of the courier networks resulting in transit dealys and thus we cannot guarantee a next working day service.

Consignments to Highlands and Islands may experience extended delivery times due to remote geographical location.

Orders are subject to stock availability. We do not despatch during weekends, bank or festive holidays.

Non-Express Items

We aim to despatch non-express items within 24hours. These orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Next Weekday Courier service depending on their size and weight.

Transit Packaging

To ensure the safe delivery of glass jars we supply the majority of our Express Jar products in sturdy double wall boxes with corrugated card dividers. We have found over the years that this reduces the risk of breakages when shipped through the courier network. Larger orders may be bulk packed on pallets.

Not only does this minimise the risk of broken glass, it gives you a very useful box to store your finished products in. We know many artisan producers reuse these boxes for packing their produce for storage or taking to markets.

Where's my order?

We provide a link in your Order Confirmation Email that will give you basic information on the progress of your order.

Customers with an account login can view a detailed breakdown of their order's progress as seen in the below example. The order record will show which items are due to be processed by which warehouse, and their individual progress.

Courier Tracking links will be published once they become available.
