This Tangy Banana Relish is perfect to make as an unusual gift to pop into a hamper or as an addition to a festive buffet table. I actually would make a sneaky savoury sandwich with it just spread on some freshly buttered bread. Why not? We used to have sugar sandwiches for goodness sake! There is no other filling required, maybe a few crisps on the side?
