Rosie's seasonal online preservation workshops will provide you with all of the skills you need to become a preserving expert, all from the comfort of your own home!

Rosie's Preserving School is a friendly and welcoming environment where all experience levels are welcomed and no question is too silly to ask. Like you, Rosie is passionate about creating the most wonderful preserves that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

What You Will Get From Signing Up To An Online Workshop?

When you sign up to one of our online workshops, you will receive a number of things before the workshop including:
  • the recipe
  • ingredients list
  • equipment advice
  • any pre preparation instructions

Currently we are taking sign ups to our workshop seasons shown below. Each class requires a payment of £20.00 when signing up, with a discount of 50% available if you decide to sign up for all 6 of a season's classes.
