Banana Jam, spread on toast, is one of life's go to joyous snacks - our live workshop shows how at Rosie's Preserving School UK
Banana Jam is a great jar to have on your shelf with its fudgey flavour it is very useful. Layered with plain yoghurt with some dark chocolate shavings on the top for a quick pud, or with meringues with fresh banana slices or fresh pinapple - or both - or try spread thickly on toasted panettone or brioche, Delicious. Its not difficult to make and is a bit of a different technique, more of a sweet spread than a jam.

Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
