Prunes in Armagnac and More

Online workshop to make prunes in Armagnac for Christmas gifts at Rosie's Preserving School UK
Prunes!

The marmite of the dried fruit world. If you think you don't like them just humour me. Buy a bag of the soft ready-to-eat prunes and just try one. What's not to like?

Who knew that they could be so delicious?

These quick last minute makes will go straight onto the 'must makes' list of the future. These prunes are so delicious ( you could even have them on your porridge if no-one is looking!)

We have them on a homemade rice pudding and we are all the better for it. Their reputation as a laxative is, I think, overdone, and if that is all that is preventing you from eating anything with prunes in it then you are massively missing out. In my opinion.

Packed into a pretty clip top jar they make an impressive gift as well.

Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes

So, take advantage of the block booking discounts to access all of the Season's Workshops with the security of knowing you won't miss anything.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our preserving family

I've thoroughly enjoyed your workshops over the last year and have learnt so much about preserving - there's a whole world out there, not just jams! Your warm and friendly approach is greatly appreciated, and you answer all our questions with endless patience. Thanks for giving me the confidence to experiment - as you say, what could go wrong?!
