Assemble Your Spice Kit
This is first of our 'Toolkit' Workshops and we will be emptying the spice stores and making up spice blends and mixes that you can use throughout the year in rubs, as seasonings, and as base ingredients. We will learn a bit along the way about origins, traditions and innovations. Make sure that you have a few suitable empty containers to put your spice blends into and some labels so that you can remember what they are!
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
