Stock - one of the building blocks of home cooked food.
Always have it at your fingertips ready to go. That is easy to say but we don't always have meat bones to hand to make stock and even if we do, we then have to keep it somehow.l
This Veggymight stock is shelf stable so keep a jar on the counter beside your hob. Just add hot water and you are ready to go with a base for soups, stews and rissotto. Very useful if you pressure can as you can always make up some stock to top up your jars before processing
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
