The Preserving School Pressure Canner
The quality 22 Litre (23 Quart) Pressure Canner is exclusive to Lovejars and The Preserving School. Made from thick guage aluminium it is slightly wider than the Presto canner which we designed to accommodate seven le Parfait canning jars per layer.

Jar Capacity
When using Le Parfait Screw Top Jars the canner will accommodate either of the folllowing formats:
- 14 x 500ml - 2 layers of 7 using the second rack
- 7 x 750ml
- 7 x 1000ml
What hobs can it be used on?
The canner is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic halogen, and inductions hobs. Note: Do not use on gas burners with a heat output above 12,000 BTUs, or outdoor LP gas burners whatever the rating. Please bear in mind the weight of a full canner and check your hob can accommodate it.
