Assemble Your Toolkit

It's the start of the new School year so we are looking at the new format and assembling our kit at Rosie's Preserving School UK
HINT: these are not all actual tools!

It's the start of a New Year, a new season - full of potential and exciting possibilities.

However, the potential of the possibilities can only be maxed if you are prepared.
In this Workshop we are going to look in detail at my shelves, what ingredients I find are important to have by me so that when that opportunity arises I can pitch right in without having to do a pantry audit everytime I want to make something.

We will be putting our new Pantry Notebook to good use and also looking at what id coming up in all of this Season's syllabus so that you can add to your shopping list.

We can also combine some of the pantry staples to make more! So I will be running through some of the items that I make regularly that I find indispensible. All details will be on the recipe download.

So an hour or so of work and we will be ready for anything!

Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes

So, take advantage of the block booking discounts to access all of the Season's Workshops with the security of knowing you won't miss anything.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our preserving family

I've thoroughly enjoyed your workshops over the last year and have learnt so much about preserving - there's a whole world out there, not just jams! Your warm and friendly approach is greatly appreciated, and you answer all our questions with endless patience. Thanks for giving me the confidence to experiment - as you say, what could go wrong?!
