Delivery Cost

How delivery costs are calculated

Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order, along with geographical location.

When you add items to your shopping basket it will automatically calculate a rate based on your delivery region/post code.

We prefer to be transparent with the cost of delivery rather than offerring free delivery and inflating our prices to hide the shipping charges.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our prompt delivery service we also want your order to arrive in good condition.
We're not in the business of supplying you with broken jars. This is why we use carefuly selected couriers to keep breakages to the minimum.
Yes, glass can get broken in transit, and we'll always replace without any quibble.

Prices at checkout will be adjusted to remove UK VAT prior to making payment.

Please note we do ship glass jars and bottles beyond UK & Ireland due to the risk of breakages during transit.
We can export non-breakable items, please contact us if you would like a shipping quote to your Country.
