Description

Modified food starch refined from waxy maize, perfect for canning and as a thickener in pies, stews, sauces, gravies and pudding, is tasteless, and colourless.

Simply add to liquids and stir to achieve the desired consistency. Leave for around 5 mins before adding more - it will continue to thicken slightly

It is not affected by additional heating or pressure and will not separate on cooling.

Suitable for Vegans & Vegetarians.Non-GMO, Gluten Free.
