Very happy with the canner, utensils, manuals and the online videos on the site which helped me a lot with my trial attempt and more canning afterwards. I seem to be buying more jars than necessary as I've already eaten all fresh produce from my garden, so it's canning dry pulses, beans, and making up sauces etc - some great suggestions in the manual - until next summer comes along again!
