Plenty of room for making plans, lists and recording batches and recipes.

If you are a student of Rosie's Preserving School the recipe for each workshop is sized to be stored in My Pantry Notebook. There is plenty of room for your own notes or if you run out, there are Expansion Pages that you can buy month-by-month with additional information and ideas, plus a pack of jar labels.
As Benjamin Franklin said " Fail to plan, plan to fail" ( I don't think we need to be dramatic about it but there is no doubt that if you are organised and plan ahead you save time, and you definitely save money.

It is arranged in the months of the year, with numerical days of the month - but no year dates. So you can add notes from year to year to compare what you made, where and when you foraged and much more. You can re-arrange the pages to start the Notebook at any point in the year so it never goes 'out of date' like a diary

Each month has its own recipe, topical notes and room for you to write and record your own recipes. It is supplied with a set of larger rings so that you can add extra pages.
