My own recipe Chilli Sauce is fresh tasting and a hot hit.
If you grow your own chillies this could become your everyday go to sauce. It is based on apples and makes a good pouring sauce like a ketchup
If you are a grower you can make as the chillies become ripe either using a mixture or perhaps single varieties - probably both. Make enough for the whole year and allow enough for gifting, maybe selling and hampers
It is simple but very, very tasty
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
