What can we make in depths of Winter? It is difficult to find fresh ingredients that aren't citrus but a lot of people have the odd bag of rhubarb stashed away in the freezer, left over from the Summer. We can make this into the most delicious chutney which is very moreish. It is a fairly smooth texture so great in sandwiches
