When I was a young prserver this was the first preserve I made which wasn't jam or a chutney. I was so pleased with myself that it produced something so delicious so easily and which my brother-in-law couldn't get enough of from the Boxing Day buffet table where they made their debut. You can choose the big yellow round peaches or the smaller, paler 'do-nut' peaches. It doesn’t greatly matter - they will all be delicious
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
