Easy floral cordials to make all ready for Summer parties, weddings or for no reason excet to enjoy. Elderflowers of course are well known as as this easy preserving method but there are many pthers that you may like to experiment with. Virtually anything that has a strong perfume can be captured and don't forget the herbs like mint that come in many 'flavours' and rosemary or thyme
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
