Ref: IGPEC-500G
An easy-mix powdered pectin, 100% premium quality. A totally natural product certified by the Organic Soil Association. It is ideal for making excellent tasting hard-to-set jams, marmalades and fruit jellies, especially pate de fruit.

Typically add 3-8gms per kg for jams and marmalades. Add to the sugar and stir well to mix in smoothly. Bring to a full rolling boil for 1 minute before potting up.

Suitable for Vegan's & Vegetarians, Non GMO, Gluten free, Halal friendly, Kosher friendly.
