Preserving Edible Flowers
What a lovely subject to finish off this season, some creativity, a new skill some preserving and all very pretty. Take a look through the list provided and you may be surprised at the variety of flowers that are edible and it will hopefully open up new horizons which, whilst not contributing directly to our health and well being, certainly lifts our spirits and of those that are lucky enough to share the results
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
