My own recipe to get around the extreme acidity of plain picked cabbage. This festive speciality now has a bit more longevity with the addition of some tasty ingredients. My mother in law used to make pickled red cabbage for Christmas but once it lost its crispness she wouldn't eat it! This is much more of a chutney so no such problem.

Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
